Exceptionally effective for the morning meal or as food intake between two stints of physical activity on the same day, gluten-free Gatosport is the most reliable basis for starting a race in the secure knowledge that you will be at your most effective.
Gluten-free Gatosport means:
This product is gluten-free, complies with European regulations (41/2009), and is also lactose-free. OVERSTIM.s is a member of the AFDIAG for its gluten-free range of products
Use:
Mix the whole of the tin (400 g) with about 250 ml of water and stir to a smooth consistency. Bake in a pre-heated oven (180-200°C, 365-392°F, Gas mark 4-5) for about 30 to 40 minutes.
Eat 1/3 to 1/2 a cake slowly, by finishing about 1 hour before the start of the effort. The remaining portions can be frozen (Never freeze a derosted product).
Constitutes the entire breakfast.
Gluten-free Gatosport should be eaten on its own or eventually with a small cup of tea or coffee (without milk) as it provides all the necessary energy before your effort.
Ingredients:
Sugar, rice flour, corn starch, almond powder 10%, vegetable fat (refined rapeseed oil, glucose syrup, caseins (milk), stabilising agent: triphosphates, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, natural flavouring), powdered egg white, thickener: modified potato starch, raising agent: sodium bicarbonate, flavouring, maltodextrins, tricalcium phosphate, zinc oxide, vitamin B1 (thiamine). Made in facilities that use celery, sulphites, soya and other nuts. Contains less than 0.5 g/ 100 g of lactose. In accordance with regulations, this product contains less than 20 mg/kg of gluten.
